The LSA-706A(CE) Automatic L-Type Sealer is designed for production requirements involving a larger packaging range, multiple product sizes, and automated shrink packaging. After products are automatically fed through the conveyor, the machine wraps them with film, seals and cuts the film, and then transfers them to a heat shrink tunnel. The film is heated and shrinks around the product to complete the continuous shrink packaging process.
The machine uses an HMI and PLC control system and includes automatic feeding, product detection, upper and lower vertical sealing, and automatic scrap film rewinding. Compared with standard L-type sealers, it can accommodate larger or taller products. When changing product sizes, the conveyor width can be adjusted quickly without replacing molds or bag formers, making it suitable for production lines handling multiple product formats and sizes on the same machine.
