The Auto Side Sealing Machine is an automated shrink wrapping machine to convey, seal, and package products. Compared with an L-type sealer, it uses continuous side sealing, so product length is less restricted and the machine can accommodate products of different sizes and longer formats. It can be integrated with a heat shrink tunnel and used with POF shrink films for automated shrink packaging.
Benison USA-005R(CE) Auto Side Sealing Machine uses a rotary sealing knife and continuous side sealing without length limitation. The sealing line can be adjusted according to product width, helping maintain proper package appearance while reducing unnecessary film width. This makes the machine suitable for continuous packaging of products with varying dimensions, including long products.
USA-005R is equipped with multiple sealing safety sensors to reduce the risk of products being cut by the TD sealing knife. Its HMI control system allows packaging parameters to be adjusted for easier product changeovers and daily operation. The simple machine structure also supports easier cleaning and maintenance, and the machine can be integrated with a heat shrink tunnel and upstream or downstream conveyors according to product size, packaging material, and required output.
