Operating separate packaging machines or repeatedly adjusting machine settings for each product size would reduce production efficiency, increase changeover time, and complicate production scheduling.
Preventing Accidental Product Cutting During Sealing： Because long door panels remain in the sealing area longer than standard products, inaccurate product detection may cause the sealing blade to activate before the panel has completely passed through the sealing station. This can result in improper seals, interrupted production, or even damage to the product. Therefore, accurate product detection and sealing synchronization were critical requirements for this packaging line.
