The PTP Banding Machine is an automated packaging machine designed for counting, stacking, and banding blister-packed tablets after blister packaging. It can connect with an upstream blister machine to automatically convey, stack, verify counts, and band finished blister packs, reducing manual counting, sorting, and banding work.
Benison PTB-130 PTP Banding Machine uses a rotary disc conveying design. After blister packs enter the machine, they are stacked to the preset quantity and verified. If an incorrect count is detected, the off-count group is automatically rejected, replenished, and rechecked, while correctly counted products proceed to banding. This helps improve count accuracy and consistency in pharmaceutical secondary packaging.
The machine can be configured for two operating modes: automatic counting followed by banding, or counting only, allowing counted blister packs to move directly to cartoning or case packing. It can also be integrated with blister machines, vision inspection, checkweighing, and cartoning equipment according to pharmaceutical line requirements, making it suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturers, biotech companies, and contract manufacturers planning automated secondary packaging.

- Multiple Banding Materials and Width Options Depending on packaging requirements, the machine can use kraft paper or PP + PET banding material, with 20 mm or 30 mm band widths available to accommodate different blister stack heights and downstream packaging needs.
