The CVE-100 Vertical Type Cartoning Machine is an automatic vertical cartoner designed to load products from the top while keeping them upright. After carton erecting and positioning, products are placed vertically into the carton, followed by flap folding, sealing, and discharge. This top-loading design is ideal for bottles, jars, liquids, and other products that should remain upright during cartoning.
Compared with horizontal cartoners, a vertical cartoning machine is better suited to products that cannot be laid flat, may leak when tilted, or must remain upright, such as skincare products, chemical containers, glass bottles, honey jars, and other liquid or specialty container products.
