• Integrated Softening, Shaping, and Shrinking Design The HS-130 integrates label softening, shaping, and shrinking furnaces into a single system, allowing heat shrink labels to be progressively heated and conform closely to the container profile. The integrated design reduces the floor space required for multiple separate units, simplifies conveyor connections between heating furnaces, and is suitable for facilities with limited space, newly installed automatic shrink sleeve labeling lines, and existing production line upgrades.
• Helps Reduce Label Wrinkles, Distortion, and Hazing The heat tunnel is equipped with 10 precision air knives that direct hot air diagonally onto the heat shrink label, enabling controlled shrinkage and improved conformity to the container profile. The airflow direction can be adjusted according to the container structure, shoulder curve, and label position to help reduce localized under-shrinkage, wrinkles, distortion, and hazing, particularly on PET empty bottles, glass bottles, cold-filled bottles, and other challenging container applications.
• Steam-Free Operation Reduces Facility Requirements and Humidity The HS-130 uses hot air to complete the heat shrink label process without requiring a boiler, steam piping, or an external steam supply system. This reduces the facility infrastructure required for steam operation and helps minimize excess humidity in the production environment, making the system suitable for factories without an existing steam supply, facilities with limited steam piping options, and production environments where humidity control is important.
• Enhanced Container Conveying Stability The HS-130 is equipped with a heat-resistant PTFE conveyor belt designed for continuous operation in high-temperature environments. An upper pressure belt stabilizes containers during heating and shrinking, helping reduce tipping, skewing, and positional movement while improving conveying stability during continuous shrink sleeve production.
• Quick Access for Clearing Product Jams and Fallen Bottles The lift-up tunnel body provides quick access to the tunnel interior when product jams, fallen bottles, or other conveying abnormalities occur. The open structure improves internal visibility and provides additional operating space, allowing operators to inspect and resolve production issues more efficiently while reducing the impact of unexpected interruptions on continuous line operation.
• Softening furnace with Wind Tunnel Design The softening furnace features a wind tunnel design, allowing the hot-air direction to be adjusted according to the container shape, label position, and required softening area. The air outlets can be adjusted without tools, enabling faster equipment setup when changing container formats, label dimensions, or sleeve positions while reducing product changeover time and improving production flexibility.
