【PSA-250NS | Non-Shrinkable Horizontal Flow Wrapper】
The PSA-250NS non-shrinkable model is designed for products that do not require heat shrinking. It is compatible with flexible packaging materials such as BOPP, CPP, laminated film, and aluminum laminated film, making it suitable for printed packaging, individual product packaging, or products that proceed directly to downstream cartoning or case packing after sealing.
The non-shrinkable model uses a back-seal package format, with settings adjustable to product dimensions and package length. For printed film, an optional print mark sensor can control package positioning. Thermal transfer, inkjet, or other coding equipment can also be integrated to print manufacturing dates, expiration dates, batch numbers, and other product information during the packaging process.
For production lines handling multiple product formats or continuous production, the machine can be integrated with automatic feeding, product arranging, and conveying equipment to reduce repetitive manual loading and improve overall packaging efficiency.
【PSA-250WS | Shrinkable Horizontal Flow Wrapper】
The PSA-250WS shrinkable model is primarily designed for POF shrink film. After sealing, the package can be conveyed into a heat shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the product for a clear, close-fitting finish. Its refined sealing format helps reduce the visual impact of the seal line, making it suitable for product presentation, outer packaging protection, and multipack applications.
The shrinkable model uses an H-Type seal. The former can be adjusted for different product dimensions, reducing the need for frequent tooling replacement when changing product formats and improving changeover flexibility. Upstream product arranging, feeding, and conveying equipment and a downstream heat shrink tunnel can also be integrated for a more continuous packaging process and higher automation efficiency.
