The LSA-908A(CE) Fully Auto L-Type Sealer is designed for automated shrink packaging of large, tall, and multipack products. After products are automatically fed by the conveyor, the machine seals and packages them according to product position and length. The sealed products can then be transferred to a heat shrink tunnel, where the film shrinks around the product to complete the heat shrink packaging process.
The LSA-908A(CE) is designed to handle larger products that are difficult for standard L-type sealers to accommodate. It features an HMI control system and PLC control, with automatic product feeding, dual sensor detection, vertical sealing, an auto waste trim winding unit, and quick conveyor positioning. When product dimensions change, the machine can be adjusted quickly without replacing the jig or former, making it suitable for production lines that package multiple large product formats on the same machine.
For manufacturers whose existing manual or semi-automatic packaging process has become insufficient, or whose standard L-type sealer is limited by product width, height, or bundle size, the LSA-908A(CE) provides a larger packaging range.
