A Dual Chamber Vacuum Packaging Machine removes air from the packaging bag and then seals the bag opening to complete vacuum packaging. The VTA-800D features a large vacuum chamber with four sealing bars, allowing multiple bags to be vacuum packed in one cycle. It is designed for production environments that require greater packaging capacity and efficient batch vacuum packaging.
The VTA-800D uses a dual-chamber, single-cover design, allowing the two vacuum chambers to operate alternately. Combined with pneumatic automatic cover opening, this design helps reduce waiting time between packaging cycles. The stainless steel machine provides a large chamber area that can accommodate multiple bags according to product dimensions and bag arrangement.
For crisp or delicate products that may deform under vacuum pressure, an optional nitrogen-flushing function can be evaluated. Applications include fish, meat, sauces, soups, tea leaves, Chinese herbs, powders, electronic products, parts, materials, and liquid raw materials.
