Equipment
L-shaped sealer of LSA-504C is able to cut and seal two sides of the package in one-stop motion. It is capable to seal up to 25 boxes/minute (depends on the product size). LSA-504C with a special closing conveyor can be adjusted according to product size which makes it able to seal the product in various sizes. After seals, products will continue to go heat shrink tunnel. POF shrink film will wrap perfectly fitting around the product.
Therefore, compared to manual works, using LSA-504C to pack your product can absolutely help increase production capacity. In other words, production efficiency could be reached by reducing labor costs and increasing production capacity.
