The LG-150(CE) Automatic Shrink Sleeve Applicator is designed for medium-to-high output and continuous production. It accommodates round, square, contoured, and other container shapes, with applications including full-body sleeves, partial-body sleeves, Full body over-the-cap, and tamper-evident shrink bands. It helps manufacturers reduce manual sleeve application while increasing packaging line efficiency.
The LG-150 features dual film roll holders, servo-controlled sleeve feeding and cutting, and ultrasonic sensor-based tension control to support accurate and consistent film handling. The HMI stores up to 40 product settings, helping operators change between different container shapes and product formats more efficiently.
