Due to the pandemic situation, the demand for the mask is higher. Therefore, a higher production capacity is needed. Moreover, to maintain product hygiene, a production line with limited human contact is required. This Flow Wrapper is equipped with a servo-motor system that allows machine to work faster and more intelligently to increase production efficiency.

Material

Customers choose to use BOPP as packaging material. Lightweight, good durability and environmental friendly could protect the mask from contamination.

Equipment

Customers want to pack masks in several amounts. One pack could consist of 2-5 masks. PSA-200BNS with servo system can have speed of 60 packs/minute. Flow Wrapper is using seal system by applying heat to both ends and bottom of the film. A special sealing system is applied to avoid air-trapped into packaging masks to assure mask packaging still on the flat surface. Another unique feature is that this machine can make hanging holes to the sealed bag, so products can be easily displayed for retail purposes. With only one device of PSA-200BNS , packaging solutions can be done with one-stop solutions. Changing from manual pack to auto-machine pack, it can support Good Manufacture Practice (GMP) standard with high production line.
