Horizontal Flow Wrapping Machine With Heat Shrink Tunnel, PSA-200W+AS-350
An Australian company contacted Benison to ask for solutions to wrap their products. The company has two sizes of box need to be covered by POF shrink film. With the expanding market, the company needs a machine to support their production line. After discussion, Benison recommends Horizontal Flow Wrapping Machine, PSA-200W connected with Heat Shrink Tunnel AS-350. This set of machines could provide a more efficient way to wrap the product with POF shrink material to protect products during distribution, storage and retail shelves.
Material
POF shrink roll film has high transparency, light-weighted and a shiny appearance. Thus it makes POF be one of the most favorable shrink films.
Equipment
Compared to the L-bar sealer, a Horizontal Flow wrapper, PSA-200W has higher speed up to 100 boxes/minute (depends on product size). Meanwhile, L-bar sealer, LSA-504 is only 25 boxes/minutes (depends on product size).
Moreover, Flow wrapper PSA-200W also delivers a neat seal with H-line shaped. The H-line-shaped seal is created by forming roll shrink film around the products and sealing it in both ends and bottom parts. Product output will come out after shrink tunnel AS-350 apply heat on the material and fit any products shapes. Another feature of Flow Wrapper PSA-200W is to work with different product sizes. In the end, Flow Wrapper PSA-200W with Heat Shrink Tunnel AS-350 are ready to support a high production capacity!
