Biotechnology company who has global network need our help to find a machine which is able to pack their products in high speed rate. Previously, they purchased our auto side sealer USA-005R working very well. In purpose to scale-up the production, the company needs another packaging machine.

The most special features of the auto side sealer USA-004BR is box motion end sealing which can speed up the machine speed comparing to auto side sealer USA-005R.

Box motion end sealing systems on auto side sealer USA-004BR, it allows the machine to seal the products in high speed with high-quality sealing line. It is able to seal up to 60 boxes/minute (depends on the product size). Moreover, this MD sealing system could lower material waste to minimize unnecessary usage. Equipped with rotary knife, makes the sealing line very neat and be able to seal the products without length limitation. Another outstanding feature is auto side sealer USA-004BR’s Human Interface Panel which is designed with folded feature to prevent collision and save workspace. Linked with heat shrink tunnel FS-300, product will shrink perfectly to any shape of products. In addition, heat shrink tunnel FS-300 heat tunnel has clear glasses to enable user or operator to monitor the shrink process and quality. After all, auto side sealer USA-004BR+ heat shrink tunnel FS-300 can wrap products with variety sizes.
