After some discussions, Benison recommended LG-150 CE with heat tunnel ES-200. This set is perfect choice to help them applied the sleeving label in effective way. Material
Previously, they used sticker label for their single pack of product. In-order to pack their product into twin-pack by using sleeving applicator, they need new label film. They choose PVC seamless material, and ask Benison to help them to print the label film and make sure it will shrink perfectly in the right position. Equipment
This twin pack bottle is quite special case. Thus, benison technical team needs to adjust some parts and give additional machine to fulfill customer request. Sleeving applicator LG-150 CE is able to run up to 250 packs per minute. First, from feeding material, two rack films are prepared to support high speed production line. In high speed production line, material will be easy to run out. So if we prepare 2 rolls film, when one roll is finish, it can change to other rolls. By this way, it will save production time. Roll film will apply into mandrel first before applied to the bottle. After the film is ready to set up, The bottle can be put in the conveyor, with timing screw on the conveyor it can help to arrange the separation between the bottles. Later, conveyor will take the twin bottle to pass the sensor then; sleeving machine will automatically cut the label and applied into twin-bottle. Label film need to pass the bottom side of the bottle hence label film can hold the twin-bottle well. Therefore, we add belt to hold the bottle and then push up the bottle so the length of the label film can over the bottle length. Next, the pre-heat guns will shrink the bottom label first before send to heat tunnel. Heat tunnel ES-200 will shrink the label perfectly. In the end line, company request rotary collection table so the finished product will collect automatically. Finally, this new production line will help company to increase the products sales in effective way!
