Flow Wrapping Machine PSA-200WS +Heat Tunnel FS-300L for Socket Cover Product Solutions
To meet the market demand, an electronic manufacturer needs more packaging machines in their production line. They came to Benison to find packaging solutions for their socket cover products. Previously, they have run other brand of flow wrapping machine more than 15 years. Therefore, they need another flow wrapping machine with more advanced technology to improve production efficiency. After reviewed their requirements, Benison recommended Flow Wrapping Machine PSA-200WS with Heat Shrink Tunnel FS-300L to them. The most distinctive features with other types of flow wrapping machine are PSA-200WS, which is installed servo motor to have better performance than the others.
Material
POF shrink film have high clearance to improve product appearance, high flexibility to suit any shape of products, and high durability to protect the products. In this case, 0.015mm POF is recommended. In addition, the company wants to have high packaging quality to shrink tightly. Once electric socket cover being used by their customer, the film material can still remain and protect the socket cover for longer time.
Equipment
Flow Wrapper PSA-200WS is able to pack up to 60products/minute. This machine packs products with H-type sealing line on both ends and bottom of the product. Heat shrink tunnel FS300L is placed after the flow wrapper PSA-200WS; it applies heat to the material. The material will shrink perfectly to fit the products. Moreover, different sizes of products can be wrapped with small adjustment. The best feature is the servo-driven system on this machine; it could support smart factory. In the end, Flow Wrapper PSA-200WS and Heat Shrink Tunnel FS300L could improve production efficiency with advanced technology.
